dear gynaecologist, I'm having severe cramps during my periods can I take Refrain MF tablets from day 1 itself?

A. If you’re not breast-feeding then you can take tablet meftal spas. If you are breast-feeding then you’re supposed to avoid that medication and take tablet Paracetamol instead and you can take it on day one itselfWrite Your Answer Here
