can I eat till (sesame) laddu during 36th week of pregnancy?

A. yes, you can eat tilli.. no worries, One should have plenty of water or fluid intake, lods Of green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits n nuts, milk n milk products , good source of proteins like eggs, all pulses, dals. Plus iron, calcium folic acid is important supplement in pregnancy.

A. You Can’t eat sesame seeds I don’t think so there is any restriction to that but a lot of women do get confuse with that which is why I’m going to advise you to 1st consult your doctor if she advises you to go ahead with sesame seeds then only you eat it otherwise you should avoid having them
