Q.

Can i drink water in my post partum? Will it effect my breast feeding baby??

A. yes you should have sufficient water after delivery.. it's important for proper breast milk secretion. you may take 3 to 4 liter of water everyday.. all the best .

A. Hello, it's been suggested not to drink water specially if you have c-section as it will slow down the recovery ,but of you have normal delivery then you may drink water but in little quantity,and secondly drinking water is never bad ,as if you start drinking water then only you will breastfeed your baby,but avoid drinking cold water and drink ajawin and fennel water instead of normal water in normal room temperature.
