A. Hi losing weight may take time, so you need to continue diet & exercise for 6 to 8 months You can 1. Take more lean proteins like skim milk, dal, sprouts, egg whites, low fat paneer, fish. also Vegetables, fruits nuts 2. Drink plenty of water 3. avoid sugar, junk, bakery & fried foods
