After c section how I weight loss

A. dear mum, for weight loss after c section, eat mindfully. reduce your calorie and fat intake especially from high fat, sugar and salt containing food and beverages, processed and packaged food. have good intake of fibre and low fat protein sources don't skip breakfast. have good water intake. begin to exercise after 6 weeks of resting period. Continued breastfeeding till 2 years helps
