#asktheexperts when should I start exercises to burn belly fat. I delivered noramally and now completed 3 months by 1st of this month especially I have lot of belly and breast fat to reduce please suggest best way

A. six months after cesarean section u can do exercises l d Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hi please wait for 3 more months after that ,you can start doing exercises and yoga regularly. start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking, abdominal crunches, flutter kicks etc
