Q.

6months completed for mybeby...I dont have any helath issues...can start doing exercises...pls suggest me the best exercises to reduce my belly and thaigh fat

A. you will have to go for light exercises gradually and also you have to meet a dietitian who will tell you what diet is proper according to your current lifestyle and age. simple yoga surya namaskar pranayam will also help in weight loss. z regular walking will also help in decreasing the way as well as decreasing the tummy fat. take proper amount of cereals pulses vegetable milk and fruits for zadequate calorie and protein requirement drink plenty of water for cleansing the system and improving metabolism.

A. hi yes you can. but it is advisable to start with low impact exercises like pilates, gentle jogging, walking, abdominal crunches, flutter kicks etc you can do Suryanamashkar 3 or 4 times ,at initial phase.
