Q.

hello sir/mam. I am postnatal mother .i have completed 2month of cesarean section .when i can start abdominal exercises and suraya namaskar exercises

A. Hello dear As you had a cesarean surgery you are not supposed to do any activity that will put pressure on your abdomen until 6 months after surgery. As of now you can do brisk walking

A. Pelvic floor and abdominal exercise can also help. After your 6-8 week postnatal check, you should be able to gradually increase the amount of exercise you do.
