can I start doing exercises from my 7th month in pregnancy can u pls suggest some exercises?? for 26 weeks

A. hello yes you can do simple excercise and walking also and als make sure to have a healthy and nutritious food well balanced food in the diet and you can also be doing yoga which is effective fitness form that can help to reduce your weight and safe also
