i have completed my 2 month and 10 days of normal vaginal delivery.now what exercises i can do for loss my belly and thigh fat

A. Don’t be in a hurry and don’t over exert yourself now it’s self. You can do brisk walking and slowly you can increase your exercise activity and you can do all sorts of exercises like yoga alsoWrite Your Answer Here

A. You Should first be doing Keagle exercises after your delivery to tighten up your vaginal muscles And after that as of now what you can do is that you can definitely go ahead with a normal brisk walk or something because you had a normal delivery and after completing six months you can go for hard core exercises if you want to because that time you will know more be feeding your child exclusively but don’t cut out on your diet as of now
