Q.
#asktheexperts Sir/Ma'am my baby is 1.5 months old she is suffering from cold.so, As per our local doctor advice we are using saline nasal spray as well as Nasivion during emergency, it almost 1mnth gone but her cold problem is still there...what should we do now? Can we give mustard oil massage to her for cold. One more question, She cry a lot in day time as well as night time. why sir?

avoid cold wind n cold climate.
crying more is because of colic, Post feeding burping is importan. To help expel gas from tummy.
Practicing tummy time will help.
Massage on tummy in clockwise direction.
Apply hing paste around navel.
