A. eat low calorie diet.. reduce your sugar and fat intake drink lukewarm water. walk for half an hour daily. Wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen muscles and give exclusive breastfeeding

Hi Post pregnancy weight that’s your question I believe you are just trying to lose on your weight that’s what your question is please post your question properly and also you had only four months of delivery wait for at least 2 to 3 more months then go for exercising or dieting whatever you want to do
