A. You can start taking lactare tablets twice a day after meals or shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and drink a glass of water after feeding and more liquids avd massage your breast towards nipple and apply warm compress

A. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Take more protein rich food, Have fluids before and after breast feeding. may also take lactare capsule

A. Take some lactation supplement I’m sure that’s going to help you a lot so you can consult your doctor and go for a suggestion and if it helps you in increasing your lactation over the period then you can continue easy for 3 to 6 monthsWrite Your Answer Here
