A. To increase breast milk supply, feed your baby frequently and on demand, as frequent suckling stimulates more milk production. Stay well-hydrated and eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Include lactation-boosting foods like oats, fenugreek, fennel seeds, garlic, and cumin in your meals. Get enough rest and reduce stress, as both can affect milk supply. You can also try warm compresses or gentle breast massage before feeding. If needed, consult a lactation expert for personalized support.
