Q.
#asktheexperts my baby has cold & cough. she has nasal congestion sometime. she is 45 days old now. applying Cocos-Q coconut oil everyday and she is taking bath every alternative days. Is coconut oil or Figaro oil is good for my baby now a days. Is Dabur lal tail safe now? can we apply massage oil after or before bath?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. During cold and cough no need to give massage to the vaby and keep chest well covered and give steam by using a vaporiser and put eucalyptus oil few drops close to pillow of baby abd for nasal congestion put saline nasal drops
