Q.

#asktheexperts my 8 years old boy looks tired and not enthusiastic anytime of the day. he seems not at all energetic . he seems indifferent and reluctant, lack of enthusiasm. no focus in studies too. what should I do?

A. A lot of these things can happen due to nutritional deficiency because our body is made up of a lot of supplements and sometimes when there is a lack into into that you can see this kind of a behaviour very common with small kids further I would recommend you that you consult your doctor will help you with necessary supplements to start with
