No Ma’am it is not if you want you can crosscheck with your paediatrician if they advise you you give it otherwise the paediatrician don’t recommend to give it to the child it has lots of side-effects it can create constant vomiting lose motions and it can disturb this in stomach of the child rest if you want to give you can that would be a personal choice but as per doctors it’s not advisable
