can we use woodward gripe water for one month old child

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, you should not give gripe water to your 1 month old child. It is unnecessary and dangerous and can cause infection to your child. Some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances. You should exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete. Burp baby after every feed.
