#asktheexperts is pure mustard oil is good for massage on baby or should I change to olive oil or coconut oil .. currently using pure mustard oil

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. mustard is good in winters. seasame is also v good. for the purpose of giving a gentle massage to your baby you can make use of any natural oil like coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, sesame oil which ever you wish to. the massage should be given in a very gentle manner that relaxes your baby and puts him to a better sleep
