#asktheexperts I delivered on 27th June. Post that I got my first menses on 20th September. Again on 1st November. How do I count my cycle and when will it be regular?

A. the cycles will be irregular because of lactational amenorrhea continuing for sometimeFurther it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

A. Sometimes we don't even get our periods for upto one year. And even if we get our periods, they might be irregular for upto one year. There is no need to worry about it. It happens with all women.
