#asktheexperts I am a mother of 3year old daughter and still I have not been able to lose the post prgnancy weight. Can you suggest any solution

A. Dear mum, for reducing the post pregnancy weight, you should eat mindfully. Avoid foods which are high in calories, processed, packaged and junk foods. Have a balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle.
