#asktheexperts I am 2 and half month baby's mother when should i start yoga for tummy fat ...and which yoga is good for tummy fat.

A. you can start with daily walking for about 1 month and then slowly move on for yoga and other exercises but do take care to start with mild movements and then for other workouts
