A. hi for Belly fat , I advise you to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery eat couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green veggies, fresh fruits more increase your fluid intake. drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. for stretch marks: gentle rub pure aloe vera gel or tomato slices on this which will help to reduce them
