yes ,it is common problem after delivery .
but don't worry ,just make some dietary changes and take some needed steps for this :
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
avoid taking Junk food items
eat couple of bites less than usual
drink plenty of fluids
you can take jeera water or warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
