#asktheexperts hi good evening mam presentc i m having 6 months baby , my stomach fat belly is not conpressed, can you please advise

A. you have to do exercises for this Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. start doing some low impact exercises like birsk , Pilates , walking etc

A. hi yes ,it is common problem after delivery . but don't worry ,just make some dietary changes and take some needed steps for this : take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits more avoid taking Junk food items eat couple of bites less than usual drink plenty of fluids you can take jeera water or warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
