ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. it is better to visit a dentist and get it checked as the first tooth starts falling by the age of 6 to 7 years and as your child is already 8 years of age it is a little late

no worries soon it will start to
some time the permanent teeth start erupting from behind milk teeth without falling
this happened with my elder son
