my son has hyperdontia. He is 8 yrs old. Not a single teeth has fallen yet. what should I do?

A. hyperdontia is more number of teeth and it is mainly seen in permanent teeth. please visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination done and he or she will guide you how you need to proceed

A. no worries dear some time milk teeth will fall late some time there may permanent teeth appearing behind the milk teeth this is fine my elder son milk teeth didn't fall and permanent teeth started erupting from behind
