My son is 7 years old, but not a single tooth has fallen out yet. what should I do?

A. Dear parent, the first permanent tooth erupts at 6 to 7 years. If the milk teeth are shaking, then you can wait for another 3 months. And if they are firm, then you can visit a pediatric dentist for removal
