#asktheexpert My daughter is going to complete 7 years. Still her teeth has not fallen. New teeth didn't come as well. is it a matter of concern.

A. Hi usually milk teeth start to fall by the age of 5.5-6.5 years..but if your kid's milk teeth has not fallen yet then there's delayed eruption process.. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination
