my son is 7 years old and both teeth in the front gas fallen 3 months ago...but no signs of new teeth yet. what should we do

A. the teeth mostly comes by the age of 7 years if your child has and have it yet please visit a dentist and they will take x-rays and that you know in case any thing is to be done
