#asktheexpert my son is 8 year old and till date only two teeth has fallen that too last year.he is still having all his birth teeth. is it normal?

kids usually start to loose their milk teeth by the age of 5-6 years. all milk teeth shed by 13 years
consult with your nearest pediatric dentist for proper clinical and radiographic examination.
