A. Hello To lose weight, you can 1. Include nutritious foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, pulses, sprouts curd, Vegetables salads fruits nuts daily 2. Avoid fried foods, junk, sugary foods, packaged foods 3. Exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
