#asktheexperts hello, i a mom of 6 month baby. and after delivery I am facing cold very frequently, even after taking lot of medicine and doctor consultation. can you suggest some tablet for increasing immunity which is safe during breastfeeding is becosule good as multivitamin and how long it should be taken?

Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, wel this could be due to deficiency of iron that yoh may feel cold a lot. Also you should eat green leafy vegetables more often to have good hemoglobin level. Good luck and take care
