#asktheexperts Completed 11 weeks of postpartum , is this right time to start exercise?

A. the right time to start with exercises after delivery is after 4 to 6 months after c section delivery.. start with brisk walking first then gradually increase the intensity of exercise or yoga.. restrict sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy foods
