Postpartum exercise.. When to start??

A. not now, It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine.

A. If you had an uncomplicated pregnancy and bahubal delivery it’s generally safe to begin exercising a few days after giving birth or as soon as you feel ready. If you had a c section talk to your health care provider about when to start an exercise program.

A. It. Would completely depend on the kind of delivery you have had and also when did you have your delivery since you have not mentioned anything I can only tell you that you can go for keagle exercises but apart from that I don’t need to have details to help you with anything
