Can I do any exercise after postpartum delivery (5months)?

A. yes this u can be Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. F You had a normal delivery then you can go for it because a basic work and basic yoga you can start it but if you had a C-section delivery when you can start with basic work after six months of delivery and proper exercising of about 9 to 10 months of the delivery
