#asktheexperts Can i start exercising after 1 month of delivery and while breastfeeding ?

A. Hello ma’am See if you had a normal delivery then you can start doing Keagle exercises which are mostly done by lying into the bed because they help in tightening up your vaginal muscles. And a full fledged exercise after only 3 to 4 months and that too without dieting. And if you had a C-section you have to wait for 6 to 8 months
