After delivery when we can start exercising and dieting?

A. after delivery you can start regular daily walking . but having specific exercises should be done after 4 months of delivery . start slowly with less complex postures and then move on for

A. I think you can do once you quit breastfeeding and exercise with a normal delivery you can start with three months and for a C-section delivery takes a longer time because the internal stitches take a lot of time to heal which is why it’s not advisable before months of C-section
