cut off sugar and fat from diet.
drink lukewarm water.
replace your regular tea with green tea

Start with the exercise to reduce your belly fat. Do yoga, cycling, jogging, dance, gym etc to reduce the belly fat.
Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat.
Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food.
