A. It is not easy to lose the tummy fat and you have to put in extra work out. Do it on a daily basis and also start doing portion control

A. if delivery is normal than u can start doing exercise after a month but u have to do delay in case of c-section exercises like- walking, crunches, curl-ups, deep breathing with abdominal contraction and kegels
