A. belly fat can be reduced by regular exercising daily walking do not interfere with your diet you need a good nutritious diet after delivery to maintain good health and also so try to sleep whenever baby is sleeping

A. if delivery is normal than u can start doing exercise after a month but u have to do delay in case of c-section exercises like- walking, crunches, curl-ups, deep breathing with abdominal contraction and kegels

A. hello mum after delivery you need to stay away from any kind of junk food fried food and sugar item start your day with jeera water empty stomach with the dash of lemon and honey and you started doing some kind of physical exercise after 3 months of your delivery
