A. You can start doing all sorts of exercises post six weeks after vaginal delivery but if you had cesarean section then you can do only brisk walking after eight completed weeks and rest of the exercises only after six completed months post surgeryWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hi Mom, A common guideline for start workouts after pregnancy is to wait six weeks if had a normal delivery and eight weeks if you had a C-Section. However, if you had back pain or pelvic pain when you are pregnant, talk to your doctor before your start exercising.
