#AskTheExpert what should I do to remove my post delivery belly fat. I m a mother of 7 months baby. please suggest what kind of foods and snacks I should add in my diet. so tha we both(me nd my feeding baby)remains healthy.

A. hi mom do 11 sets to 13 sets of surya namaskar walk for 15 mins twice a day have good proteins, variety of vegetabels, fresh fruits for good quality of milk and weight loss

A. If you have had a normal delivery then I would recommend you to start with a proper work out like not a very expensive work out but normal workout so you should just go ahead with that kind of workout specially I will say you that would be the best Surya Namaskar and basic cardio you can do and don’t want to dietary alteration to eat well but exercising is going to be important and walking is very important
