A. Dear ma’am, avoid oily and fried foods. Avoid biscuits and bakery products. Include all fruits, veggies, leafy greens, soups, diluted butter milk, tender coconut water, fermented rice, etc use salt and sugar sparingly

A. Hello mom seasonal fruits such as mango , water melon etc .. you can have milk shakes , curds and buttermilk , avoid rich gravy and fried foods , idli , Upma , poha , etc would be good
