A. we have to give regular diet to the child in winter also cover the child well during winter and keep the child warm whenever you touch the palms and soles of the child they should be warm. prevent temperature variations from hot to cold and cold to hot environment around the child. use woolen garments as needed. you can use a room heater or blower to maintain a constant temperature during night time to prevent fluctuations. give more fluids to the child orally. complete the vaccination of the child on time

A. hi it is best to give food items like soup , warm dal , bajra rab, bajra thepla etc. Add ginger, garlic, ajwain seeds etc while making food for your child. you can also give small cup of Turmeric milk . it will definitely help to increase your child immunity.
