A. just avoid cold and unhealthy foods. Never give refrigerated food to you child.

A. It is is very important to cover the child well during winter. Whenever you touch the palms and soles of the child they should be warm. Prevent temperature variations from hot to cold and cold to hot environment. You can use a room heater or blower to maintain a constant temperature during night time to prevent fluctuations. Give more fluids to the child orally. by following above points you can decrease the chances of cough and cold during winter

A. You See that the temperature switching should not happen every now and then keep your child very well covered you can give saffron dry fruit and turmeric milk to your child either you mix it or you can give it separately twice to your child in a day give more of food which has both into it like egg and all avoid giving anything cold no fruits from refrigerator only on room temperature and just try to give multivitamin to your child every day
