For weight follow small and frequent meal pattern
Include fruits ans vegetables in your diet
Have salad before lunch and dinner
Take protein with every meal like daal, milk, paneer, curd, sprouts, beans, eggs
Take oats or ragi or jowar along with wheat roti on alternative days
Restrict completely namkeen, achar, papad, sweets, sugar, bakery products, fried food and juices
Water 2l per day
Workout for 45 mins daily

See There are various ways of reducing down the weight and the most common is exercising and dieting is now everything is shut you cannot go for exercising that way so you guys are going for a brisk walk or something and consult a doctor take a proper diet and go ahead with both the things together
