#asktheexpert Post delivery I hav started my Normal routine but I’m body is not supporting to all works what to do.I have pain below foots, I’m feeling fatigue

A. take calcium daily and dairy products. see there will be lots of brands trying to impress you. but you try to stick to one brand and not fancy items ok. see your pocket too. the baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you can eat all you want thats home made and fresh and cooked. get dal, roti, rice, fruits and salads.

A. U Started way to early because you should wait for at least 60 to 80 days after your delivery your body takes time to recover to heal properly after that only you should start with regular household chores so instead of taking rest if you will unnecessarily exert your body then obviously you will face all the side-effects mam you will have to take proper rest after your delivery
