#asktheexpert i m loosing weight and lot of hair post delivery, it is 7 months post delivery. please suggest

I would recommend you get yourself tested for hyper thyroid because excessive weight loss could be due to hyper thyroid secondly I would also advise you to start applying a mixture of onion and coconut oil basically you can make an oil at home by following a recipe on YouTube also take iron supplements and omega three for at least 3 to 6 months
