A. Hi To lose weight, you can 1. Avoid sugar, sweets, fried foods, bakery foods biscuits, completely 2. Try to eat small frequent meals rich in lean protein, Vegetable, soup, fruits & nuts 3. exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast
