A. Hello You need to exercise daily for 45 minutes atleast & also try to reduce calories in your diet to lose fat & weight Avoid sugar, sweets, junk , fried, bakery foods Include protein rich lean foods, Vegetables & fruits in your diet.

A. I would recommend you to try to do light breathing exercises available in yoga and gradually you can start doing heavy exercises as well you can even start doing Surya namaskar exercise also
